I am the Director of Talent & Content at the Annenberg Space for Photography in LA
I am researching an exhibition on Indigenous Cultures:
Looking for a series of images of indigenous people in danger of extinction and causes of the extinction
loss of land, deforestation, industrialization, modernization, genocide
These are AWA, AKUNSTU, BRAZILIAN INDIANS, YANOMAMI, GUARANI
SIERRA NEVADA INDIANS, WICHI
ABORIGINAL PEOPLE OF AUSTRALIA

Hi Patricia; There are a number of sources for this type of imagery, depending on what you hope to see. Somewhere or other I do have a file relating to historic and archival sources (long ago I helped the British Museum’s Anthropology section to gather photographic material for an exhibit on California and American Northwest Coast Indians). I may be able to help out somewhat. Where are you currently located? Paris or LA?
