Portfolio of photos, which is separate from application, must arrive for US residents between November 1 and December 15, while for Latin American applications, between February 1 and March 15.
Submit application, with brief narrative account of your career, including all honors, a list of exhibitions, and a statemnt of plans for the period for which the Fellowship is requested. You also need four references.
