juarez fixer/translator/driver

I am looking for someone in Ciudad Juarez June 13-17th to help me out as I search for a documentary project. I am not seeking stories directly about violence/narcotrafficking/femicide, but instead, am interested in recovery (emotional, economic, physical) and reclamation of the city by its residents. Maybe that is not happening… but if it is, I’d like to explore it. I am interested in public arts projects, circuses, comedy performances, music, venues where people are feeling safe enough to enjoy life. I want to talk to people about what, if anything, has changed recently in Juarez. I am not interested in placing myself or anyone I work with in a dangerous situation. I hope to find someone who knows the city well, can translate (I speak ok spanish, but not good enough for interviewing), and can drive me. I hope to shoot stills and video and end up with a short multimedia project. I also need suggestions on a reasonable rate of pay. My accommodation is set, and I may have access to a car that we can use.
