ok. i saw that there were two karaoke threads. one was stuck in a camera thread, but i thought i’d post this here since the title of the post is karaokeeeee and people won’t get confused thinking they’re gonna be reading about olympus cameras instead. anyway, i mentioned back in that other thread a new place that opened up on the west side in the 20’s. that place is called muse and they have a website:

http://musekaraoke.com/. note that in the afternoons its three dollars a person if anyone’s feeling wild and crazy enough to cut out of work to sing. or sing on their late lunch break. also, they got plazma screens. and they have songs in Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, German, French, Italian and Thai! so if you want to get your grind on with tatu (o wait. they sing in english and they’re russian) or, um, rock with bang keow, that’s the place to head.

n.b. i’ve never been there so i can’t actually personally recommend it.

Ok, I’m in for mid-day song-singing. I’ll just smoke a little crack first, then I can do anything. Next week. Tuesday? Anyone else, please. Don’t make me beg. It would bring a little happiness into my life.

I think we should make it like Russian Roulette Karaoke, the other person has to challange you to sing what ever they want. That will make it interesting!
