Koriyama + Ishinomaki, Japan: Translator/Fixer Needed

Looking for a translator (english/japanese)/ general fixer, urgently needed, to assist in communicating with the subjects of my project in Koriyama and Ishinomaki bet Aug 17,18,19,20,21.
