426 Hello all! I'm going to Kosovo on August 23rd for the first time and am wondering if anyone knows what the situation is like there right now. There is Prishtina, the capital, where I hear they're very friendly to foreigners. And there's Mitrovica, the ethnically divided Serb-Albanian city, where I've been advised not to go a few times. Any further details?
