just got this from my friend claudia. could be a lead.

Simply furnished, big, beautiful, newly renovated 1 Bedroom in quiet 2 Br
apartment building, shared with my nice roommate ( female ) and her cat.
Apartment is located near the Bedford L stop on North 10 Street between
Bedford and Berry.
Looking for a responsible roommate for 1.5 months or possible longer
starting around December 1st.
