Looking for a fixer/translator/guide around Hanoi

Hello, I’m planning on traveling multiple times to Vietnam, starting 8th of november for two weeks. I will be spending most of my time in the northern region of Vietnam.

I am looking for a person who can translate (english) and knows about the region.
