Looking for a good fixer in Addis Ababa

Hello:

I work for a large international health NGO and a small film crew from the U.S. is planning to visit the organization’s projects in Addis and Harar, Ethiopia in April. I need a recommendation for a good, reliable fixer who can arrange for the necessary film permits and assist with travel arrangements, translators, etc., during the crew’s visit, which should be from around April 1-10.
