Looking for an Online Photojournalism Certificate Program

I just found out that I have $10,000 (from the Air Force) to go towards one certificate. It has to be something I can finish in under a year and has to be online, since I live in Japan. Let me know if you guys know of anything.

I’d like to resurrect this thread, if at all possible. I’m about finish my third year of undergraduate studies with a bachelor’s in science, and I’d like to take a distance-learning course in photojournalism or related media, but something short of a master’s program. Any help?
