Need a contact in Argentina

I’m new round here,
Actually I’m searching a contact in Buenos Aires, Argentina for one of my reportage down there.
I’ve been asked for an exposition to do a report on villa miserias.

I guess that’s hard to enter in those places, so I’m searching a fixer
