Outdoor lighting photography assistant for a Kenya assignment

I am currently looking for a photography assistant who is based in Kenya for a location photo shoot. It involves outdoor location lighting shooting on MF digital and film kit as well as DSLR. Assistant should be proficient in all of those tasks as well as help me in some logistical work ( i.e. communicate with driver ).
