580 I am going to Perpignan this year as a first timer. My main aim is to spend a couple of days just soaking it all up. I am not a professional and have only had a couple of things published recently - mainly from a trip to Afghanistan last year. My question about the festival is - is it worth heading to (I'll travel from Scotland)...I think I know the answer to that.... The main query is as a newbie going with the intention of soaking up as much info as possible and hopefully learning a thing or two, is it worth considering going to the professional week....or should I just leave that to the folk that to you real pros? Is the pro week really for people that are already established, or have specific portfolios they are aiming to get an agency etc interested in? Any info/advice appreciated!
