Perpignan/Visa -- New Admission Controls

If you are planning to come to Visa this year and swap around one registration (by transferring a badge), that may not be possible. I just learned that this year Visa will issue a bracelet (as well as a badge) to all accredited people. This bracelet cannot be removed without destroying it. So you might want to make sure you register in advance (apparently still possible) for the event (50 Euros).
