Photo Tour Planner Needed - Costa Rica

Hello, I run a photography tour business out of Colorado (http://www.BigSunPhotoTours.com).
I wish to start running tours to Costa Rica for my customers, but need a person on the ground in CR to put together the logistics. (group size would be 6-8)

Trips would be approx 10 days and would focus mostly on landscape and wildlife, but some cultural/historical stuff would be nice to add in. I would prefer if we could access private grounds rather than public (like the National Parks),, I understand there are many private reserves which specialize in groups like us.

My fixer would need to be able to organize all lodging, transportation, entry, guides, etc. And of course within a reasonable price such that I can make a profit.
