Photo Tutoring in New York
|
Hi all,
I’m unsure if this topic is inappropriate for Lightstalkers, so please send me a message if you think it is. Don’t want to mess with the rocking culture y’all got going here.
So, to the point: I just fell into a Nikon D300 and having no real photography experience, I’m looking for a NYC-based tutor to help me out. If you have some downtime between assignments this summer and think you’re interested, you can reach me at jim@bluecadet.com.
As a possible incentive, I have been the producer on some big interactive photo documentaries, including livehopelove.com, which won this year’s Webby Awards. By this I mean I’m at least a decent person to talk to.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Cheers.

Hey Jim, if you pay my fare from Sydney to New York I would be your tutor with bells on!
Don’t know about a rocking culture on LS though, lots of people throw rocks if thats what you mean! (hehehehehe….)
Livehopelove is an ABSOLUTELY brilliant site. It sure Rocks!
Cheers

That’s a great site Jim, love the way stuff is presented……….. a great setup for interactive educational sites

Just wanted to thank everyone for responding. I’m also so happy you enjoyed the ‘Hope’ site. It’s received some nice press, but nothing beats when talented, appreciative people get their eyes on it.
Anyway, I’ve gotten great photographers responding to this post, and I’ll be in touch by Tuesday. Thanks so much!
