581 Hello all, I am trying to find an organization / agency that promotes and funds photojournalists, as in travelling expense and so forth. There is a private group that goes to Kashmir and Afghanistan to help provide aid and support to the people living in those drastic conditions. When I spoke to them, and asked them if they would fund my air-fare (as they plan to go to Afghanistan this April/May), the person incharge said they couldn't as everyone was funding themselves and the whole operation. However, they did mention that they can write me an acknowledgment letter, saying that I was journaling their operation. I dont know if that (letter) would really help... so I am trying to find a way.. Does anyone have any resources/info about what to do??
