Photoshop DCS - tri-tone illustration convert to 4C?
|
I’ve been illustrating/designing an album using spot color channels in Photoshop. (Sometime in the near future, I will post a “how-to” for this.) The final file has nothing in the Layers palette, as everything is done in the Channels palette. The client needs to send a CMYK version of the file out for publicity purposes tonight.
Is it possible to convert our file into a CMYK file? Or do I have to rebuild the entire file in CMYK from scratch?

you can try to export as tiff from PS, or – and I know this sounds like the image will degrade, but it won’t be noticable… save a JPG, highest quality..
first go under image and convert from multi-channel to CMYK…
maybe I’ll try to give you a call,
