504 I'm on the cusp of doing a story on recovered drug addicts in the Maldives. While they are recovered addicts, I do know that they have a strong background in crime and other unsavoury behaviour. So, I'm interested in any PRACTICAL advice photographers can provide that have WORKED on a story with drug addicts - especially any experience that caught you totally off guard that you think I would benefit from knowing.
