Thomas,try this link,the copyright council of Australia.

In Australia the copyright laws are more straight forward than the U.S. etc,make sure you have a written contract re-use of images if you are going to have your images used.

Unless you sign image use away,it is automatically protected in Australia.

If you are having any problems with miss use of copyright phone the MEAA after speaking to the copyright council – Phone national office 0011 + 64 (02) 9333 0999 Check area codes,these should be correct.

I think that phone number for the MEAA was meant to be +61 2 9333 0999
not sure which country has +64 as a code.
