Remote shutter capability

I want to take a shot from down range on a gun range, and for some reason they won’t let me stand down there when people are firing. I’ve never done this kind of shot and was wondering who makes remotes (i guess) for a D2x. Thanks John

If you shoot with the D2X you can get the Nikon WT-2A Wireless Transmitter for D2X…
then you can control the camera from your laptop with Nikon Capture 4.6 installed,
This setup will let you not only shoot from the distance but it also let you transmit the images instantly back to your laptop on a secure transfer , so you dont have to change the flashcard old western style!

Thanks for the responses I was looking at the pocket wizards, so how do they work you just slap the pocket wizard on the flash receiver and then you have a transmitter to fire when you want?   John
