Of course one can always concoct a conspiracy between major NGOs and the CIA (or KGB, or Massoud, or other perfidious intelligence operations), but most such notions are just that…somebody’s imagination. This one is no different.

Nobody can argue about the overall good that RWB does (which is how it should be judged, anyway). These kinds of screeds merely implement the prejudices of the writer, and should be read with great skepticism.
