Ripping of image, how did you work it out?

As I browsed in the popular indonesian news portal detik.com, I found one of my image was being used in an article, with no proper credit, permission or any ethical gesture whatsoever.

After I sent an email to the editor they revised the article along with proper credit writing and so forth a few hours after they published the original one.

I wonder if any of you have experienced such matter and how you guys work it out? How do you suggest a fix of this kind of indecency in the future so people start being responsible?

If you are interested, I have a longer story posted along with snapshots of the object in question:

gampang itu bos…
komplain aja lewat surat pembaca media lain. biar mampus detik.com kena tulahnya.

harusnya redaktur tahu dong, klo pake foto orang lain itu nyolong. mau liputan aja kan harus memperkenalkan diri & minta ijin kan, apalagi ini mau mempublikasikan berita.
