Los participantes solo podrán presentar fotografÃas de su autorÃa, que no hayan resultado finalistas o ganadoras en otros concursos.
Las fotografÃas finalistas y ganadoras pasarán a formar parte de la galerÃa de imágenes de Save the Children, cediéndose de manera voluntaria e irrevocable a esta institución las licencias y derechos patrimoniales.
Save the Children no se hace responsable por cualquier malentendido, error u omisión en este último punto de las bases, asà como en cualquier otro."

The finalists and winning photos will become part of the image gallery of Save the Children, being assigned on a voluntary and irrevocable license to the institution and rights.

Yea for better or worse I had a bad experience with them in Haiti. I was shooting for an org that was considering partnering with them. The conversation I had with the Save the Children ppl; they began with the assumption I was there working for free and they would want some of my images as well as having me shoot for them all for free. Once I made it clear that was not the case they gave me the cold shoulder the rest of our time together. Everyone seems to think photographers don’t have bills or student loans to worry about…
