So, what is Lightstalkers for you?

Hi!
I am Gabriela OrtizMichel, a University teacher interested in studying the social aspects of technology, and a photographer lover. Some year ago I did a small school research on LS as a community and some of you helped me a lot, among other things, answering a question on what is Lightstalkers for you?.
Several years have passed and I am now interested in updating my little research.
I will appreciate if you could help me contributing to this post, where I will like to introduce the conversation in a similar way to years ago:

I propose you to share with one-another in this thread what is Lighstalkers for you:

why you are here, how it helps with your day to day work, how it helps with your professional learning and development, what do you like about LS or what not, etc.

Whatever you find relevant to share!

I think this sharing is also a nice opportunity to reflect on the community together to keep it bonded.
