stolen photo

Hello, I would like to consult with anyone who had this kind of experience before… 5 years ago I signed with “Eyedea” photo agency for one year. The agency was closed few years ago and today I found one of my pictures in an online German magazine (link attached): http://www.nzz.ch/aktuell/feuilleton/uebersicht/frauen-power-in-der-wueste-1.18056944#
They did not ask for my permission, I was not notified or paid for the publication. What do I do? Will be thankfull for any kind of advice.
Best,
Liron

Gamma Agency was credited and Eyedea was also. I suggest you contact Gamma. They may have bought the Eyedea archive, or thought they did. They may need to know that their rights (derived from Eydea) expired after a year. You should be looking for the agency to pay you your going rate for such a license.
