Sublet - Downtown Jersey City

Sublet available in studio apartment – downtown, Jersey City (Grove Street stop). 625 sq. feet, all new appliances (stove, refrigerator, dish washer), laundry downstairs. Near PATH subway (4 blocks away), with shuttle bus (you don’t really need it as the subway is very close but its helpful in the winter cold).  TV, phone, vcr/dvd, stereo, answering machine, desktop computer all available as well as cable in apartment.  Sublet from end of January to June.  Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and if you’re looking for movies there is a theatre in Newport mall (15 minute walk or one subway ride away).  $850.00 + utilities.  If you don’t mind watching a cat during the sublet the rent will knock down to $725 + utilities.  Utilites right now run me $45 – 50 / month but if you cook a lot, sit under the shower for hours it will run you more.  PATH train stops at Christopher Street, 9th, 14th, 23rd and 33rd Streets and is $1.50 or $1.20 if you get a multi-ride card.  Apartment is in historic former pencil factory.
