Hey everybody — here at Kuwayama Design, we’re implementing a new “ticket” system for support requests.
This means that when you send a note to email@example.com (or firstname.lastname@example.org), you’ll be assigned a number, and your request will be triaged. I’m hoping this will improve response times, and prevent any problems from slipping through the cracks.
Site errors will continue to be reported to me automatically, but you won’t receive an auto-reponse. Rest assured it’ll get prompt attention!
