Techknowsphere for Mac support

I want to add my thanks to whoever it was that alerted us to Techknowsphere Solutions; I went to them with a Mac disaster based on this tip. Not only did they treat me like an intelligent human being (despite the fact that my problem was self-created: I killed my LCD screen); they gave advice over the phone, dealt with me when I got there, and gave me what seemed like a good deal for a trade-in — including uninterrupted service from a loaner with all my stuff on it. I live around the corner from Tekserve, but I’m sure I saved myself lots of time by making the 16-block trip uptown.
