Tiger and Automator

Just upgraded to Mac OS Tiger and am eager to use the Automator function to help ease the frequent batch conversions I need in Photoshop CS. Since this application is 3rd party it is slightly more involved than creating workflows for Apple apps. Any one with any experience and or tips for Automator and Photoshop?
