translator Jordan Valley and Hebron

Hello
I’m a photography student from Ireland and I’m doing a project for college on farming in the Jordan Valley and cave dwellers in Hebron, I’m looking for a translator/fixer in the area of Jericho and Hebron who can help me at a reasonable price. All advice is also welcome.
