Travelling to Venezuela for elections in October

I’m travelling to Venezuela for the elections in October and am looking for a good fixer or someone who will be in the area and available to help in terms of contacts (preferably someone who can speak spanish and english). Also if any of you know of any RELAIBLE and ACCURATE up to date publications or sources that I can use as resources that would be great. Thanks
