Tripoli Lebanon

I’m going to Lebanon in april to do a story on Syrian refugees. Do someone know any journalists or photographers based in Beirut or Tripoli I can meet and talk to? Also, has anyone here been to Tripoli lately? Please email me

Tommy, I’ve been to Tripoli last year when there was not too much tension yet, and the first thing I noticed is that the locals are not at all confortable with someone carrying a camera around. My only 2 tips:
1. hire a fixer if possible, and
2. try not to shoot the harbor.
