539 I'm about to set off on a last minute trip to Syria at the end of the week. I'm British flying from Moscow. The Syrian Embassy here in Moscow are giving me conflicting advice about whether i need a visa or can get one at Damascus airport when i arrive there in the middle of the night. I had no problem getting a visa at the land border with Lebanon earlierr this year. Has anyone got a visa at the airport before? I'd rather avoid getting a visa here if possible.
