Wanted: small office/studio Space in NYC (non-living)

Hi folks,
I am planning on hitting the road quite a bit over the next year, but want to get a secure, small (non-living) space to set up an office/digital darkroom, preferably in the photo district area. Any leads or suggestions would be welcome. I also would be interested in sharing a space if the dynamics are good.
