Where to get film developed (UK)
|
Anyone here got any recommendations for where to get Fulji Velvia developed in the UK?
Usually I use process-paid Sensia, but now I’m experimenting with Velvia for the first time.
I don’t want to use a high street store, as the last time I did that, they lost a roll with parts of the 400th Jokkmokk market on it, i.e. something that I can’t just re-shoot.
These rolls, this time, are every bit as important and, again, not something that I can re-shoot.
Any advice much appreciated.
Thanks,
Lee.

I guess I could just stick with the Fuji labs, although Metro E6 in Birmingham seems to be recommended also.

Hi Lee….I know i might be a little late for this but for future Ref: best results for processing colour reversal i
i recommend you use Metro imaging in London. They are in Clerkenwell Road..not the cheapest but offer the best results
i.e they use a dip’n’dunk process so no scratches & shit on the film.
I have a good contact there who can process all types of film for half price!!!!
If your in London just call & i will set it up for you.
I am currently in former Yugoslavia but i will back mid July.
