<body>I've been a subscriber to Photo District News for twenty years or so. I've also been a registered user on their website for a few years, which allows me access to their &quot;premium&quot; online content.

Now, for some reason my old login info doesn't work. I also tried to login with my subscription number and zip code and the site tells me the subscription number doesn't exist.

I sent a message to the magazine via the supplied email address along with a screen grab of the error message on Saturday.

I've gotten no response and I'm still unable to login.

I know it's only been a couple of days, but at $65 a year this is a premium subscription rate and the information the magazine contains may directly effect my business decisions. So I think it's OK to expect quick results when a problem comes up (or at least a response to my email).

So my question is, Does Photo District News suck, and if so why?

Thanks,
Ken</body>
