Martyn Jolly talks with guests about the ever increasing constraints on photographers who document the world in which we live: from the celebrity claims to a ‘right to privacy’ and cameras outlawed at the beach to bans on photography in the shopping mall and government fears of sedition. Guests include Katherine Giles (ArtsLaw) and Andrew Nemeth (photo-rights activist)and Tamara Voninski (Fairfax and Oculi).
