Property photgraphy

I’m wondering how should I charge to shoot a house to be sold .
Im planning to do some stitched panoramic images for at least 5 rooms.
The house owner is a friend , she is a real state broker and its a pretty big house in the mountains here in Colorado
I aways have this problem when Im shooting something for a friend .
I would like to know how people out there deal with this kind of stuff

Thanks in advance!

Would she cut you a deal (take less commission, etc.) if she were selling you a house? Go with the same percent off your normal rate.

Thanks for the response … she is just putting her house for sale , Im not buying it just taking photos to be in the brochure .

I was actually saying, that if you were buying, would she give you a commission discount?
