About

Born in Montevideo, I’m a photojournalist based in Jerusalem covering the ongoing conflict between Palestinians and Israelis. I specialize in documentary and features in the Middle-East and South Americas as well as special features on the Holy Land. I work as freelance photographer since 1996, when I started to work for South American media. Today I work covering the conflict in the region for several clients, and I do feature stories with a dipper angle, trying to show the story behind the news.My work has been published in several publications which includes: Time Magazine, Newsweek Magazine, Chicago Tribune, The Daily Telegraph, Telegraph Magazine, The Independent, The Independent Magazine, Die Weltwoche, Das Magazine, El Pais Magazine, El Mundo,D Reppublica delle Donne,among others.
