metadata in lightroom and fotostation

Hi
I have some problem. In work We use Fotostation on PC, in Home I use a Lightroom. In Lightroom I can not see metadata like caption etc. from fotostation. Is it normal in Lightroom, or can I do something to see this metadata in fotostation and in lightroom?
