Recent Postrecent afghan embed experienceshey just a quick post to ask anyone thats recently returned or is currently embedded in afghanistan (particularly with US or Canadians) of how your embed process went and how it has been once you have been there. i know there are some old posts but interested in updated info. ps. how far in advance did you apply for your embed, and how long is the longest you are generally able to stay with a unit at a time?
