RC Rivera

RC Rivera is a Manila native and San Francisco resident who left his heart in Brooklyn. His photography career began at the age of 10 with a freebie Coca Cola Instamatic camera – a gift from his favorite aunt and a little push and shove by photographer friend Steve Tirona. Sixteen years later, he’s moved onto fancier equipment and foxier models, but still maintains his little-kid-like enthusiasm for snapping pictures. For his favorite shots he likes to lurk in the shadows, shoot at night, discover the beauty of found objects and the everyday, and capture the ethereal disguised as the mundane.

RC Rivera specializes in portraiture, fashion, editorial, travel and environmental/interior photography. He is available for portrait, event and headshot assignments upon request.

He also likes beer, his was then pet ferret “SPAM” and the sound of skateboard wheels on brick.
