reliable internet access in kampala uganda

Hi all,

I’ve a good friend doing work for an NGO in Kampala Uganda who’s having issues finding a reliable internet access. Does anyone know of a good place in Kampala for reliable, fairly affordable, internet access? She doesn’t have a laptop so I’m looking for recommendations for places with computers available for use.

There is a place behind The Speke hotel. As you exit the hotel make a left and another at the first corner, and then your first left.Half way down the block up a couple of steps on your left.
