I am an amateur photographer. I live in Holland but my heart lies in Mongolia.

My personal interest in Mongolia and my photography have so far resulted in my photos appearing several times in the Mongolian literary, cultural and poetry magazine “Gunu” and the self-published book Tsagaan Sar – Mongolian New Year. Lately, I have been shooting for the ING Microfinance Journal quarterly.

I am working on several photo projects at any one time.

Example contract (in Dutch, for Holland)

Can anyone provide me with a Dutch example contract for one-time, limited use of photos?

I get to shoot a few photos for an interview that’ll be published in a quarterly magazine (company internal magazine, not publicly available) and I want to make sure I and the client won’t end up fighting in the future.

I’ll use the Algemene Voorwaarden of the FotografenFederatie but I’ll need some sort of contract as well.
