Richard Mroczynski, Commercial and Editorial

My name is Richard Mroczynski and I have been doing business as Virtual Images Ink since 1993. Virtual Images Ink specializes in digital photo capture (the Virtual Image) and editorial consulting (the Ink). It is located in Southern Maryland within easy access to the Greater Baltimore, MD; Washington, DC and Richmond, VA Metropolatian Areas as well as major markets along the east coast.

I have over 30 years of photographic experience in general and breaking news and feature photography. I was on the staff of a mid-sized (50,000 + circulation), Gannett owned, mid-west paper for ten years. For the past tweny years, I have been a freelance photographer specialized in commercial (real estate and product photography) and editorial (formal as well as environmental portraiture). Most recently I have been working extensively with a major Shopper publication serving markets from Virginia to New York.

I am a member of the National Press Photographers Association (NPPA), Association of Picture Professionals (ASPP) and the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP).

I specialize in on-location photography and work exclusively in digital capture. I am available on an assignment basis.
