Roll films and Lab in Cairo?

I will stay in Cairo for 6 months and would like to know if there any stores selling Rollfilms (Reala etc) and if there are Labs where you can process them. If I would like to take rollfilms with me: What problems are to expect at the border? Do you have any suggestions for me what to do in this case?
