Ross Domoney is a freelance photojournalist based in London and Dubai. His main interests are anthropological and documentary photography.
Ross participates in many global projects in both photographic and film related spheres. He is fascinated by how the rapid growth and modernisation taking place in Dubai is completely changing the face of the city, and has spent the last few years documenting this metamorphosis.
Having recently completed his degree in photojournalism, Ross is now focusing on submitting his work for publications and working on in depth photo essays in the Middle East and South East Asia.
Alongside photography, Ross is a keen film maker specialising in documentaries. He was awarded first prize in the Short Cuts film festival for his compelling portrayal of the Buncefield oil explosions which occurred in 2005.
