Over 1,000 deaths and 100,000nds on the run; it’s how the Kenya presidential elections in 2007 got out of hand. March 2013 the next presidential elections are slated. People are anxious after even the Primaries resulted in turmoil. The process against the suspects behind the violence in 2007 are not even brought before the International Criminal Court, and one of the suspects is even running for president. The number of tourists is decreasing, companies postponed their investments, and schools announced to remain closed during the election period.

In a situation like this it is crucial to have a person on ground that knows the country throughout and is aware of what Western media want.
