Very nice apartment available immediately, through August or September, for daily, weekly or monthly rentals. 2 well-lit, big bedrooms, large living room, large kitchen. Broadband internet (not wireless). 4 people can confortably live there for a while.

great neighborhood (Pinheiros), near galleries and museums and major labs. Right next to Vila Madalena, where there are lots of bars and restaurants (the apartment itself is on top of 2 restaurants, one japanese, the other a great pizzeria).

cool neighbors too. the crowd in the building is young, no fuss. a great friend of mine who’s a video producer lives around the block and is interested in exchanging with other film producers and photographers, he can be of great help with your film shoot.

it was recently rented out to 2 lightstalkers (and now also good friends of mine) Kate Cunningham and Sandra Lourenco.
